Delivery & Returns
Local Delivery
We currently deliver exclusively to Malta and Gozo.
Please allow 2–5 business days for items that are already in stock to be dispatched by our courier.
Since all our pieces are handcrafted, items that still need to be made may require 5–7 business days before dispatch.
You will be notified once your order has been prepared and handed over for delivery.
Exchanges & Returns
We take great care in crafting and preparing every item. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@clintgrahamartisan.com with your order details within 7 days of receiving your item.
We will review the request and, where applicable, offer a refund or exchange.
Returned items must be in their original condition and unused.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please include photos when contacting us so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Please note that due to the natural characteristics of wood, small cracks or variations may be present in our products. These are not considered defects, but part of the material’s unique nature and craftsmanship. As such, they are not eligible grounds for return or exchange.
